Ba'hai Studies - Appears to be an outgrowth of the humanities and social sciences department at Michigan State University, or some of its members, at any rate.
BeliefNet  Mostly religion news and essays (lots of columnists), but a good place to keep one's finger on the pulse of religion in the 21st Century. Be warned: This is a commercial site with much to sell. 
(Beliefnet's future is questionable; in April of 2002, it filed for bankruptcy.)
BuddhaNet - A good introduction to the Buddha, Siddharta Gautama, and his religion.

Jannah.com -  One of the best Islamic audio sites on the web. A collection of speeches selected for its excellent Islamic knowledge. Vast subjects covered. The most renowned Muslim scholars around the world featured: Hamza Yusuf, Siraj Wahhaj, Kishk, AbdulKafi AlAlbany, Bilal Philips, Tamim, and others.
Jainworld - Almost everything you need to know about Jainism.  There's a tendency at this site for each definition to require that one knows another specialized term of the religion.  A bit like being on a scavenger hunt for esoteric words.
Judaism and Jewish Resources  - Andrew Tannenbaum's thoughtful collection of links that is more than a reference. A potpourri of all things Jewish.
